Jeff McElroy is available to help parties resolve disputes using his skills in settlement facilitation, mediation and arbitration. Beyond his seven years as the chief judge of New Mexico's Eighth Judicial District in a general jurisdiction court, he offers his experience of twenty years in the practice of law. Now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Judge McElroy has helped parties settle cases throughout the state -- both in person and online. His specialty is the hard to settle matters that have failed resolution in the past.

For the past three years, he has served as chair of the New Mexico Supreme Court's Statewide Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. He is a gradulate of the University of New Mexico School of Law and St. John's College (Santa Fe Campus).

Judge McElroy is the author of the weblog "Resolve I.T." that explores the special issues that arise around the migration of online dispute resolution in this age of COVID-19.
